That is, Romeo's accounts always returned more than he had accepted into his care.  The numbers seem merely casually chosen, but would indicate a healthy 20% gain in Raymond's holdings under Romeo's management.  But see Aversano (Aver.2000.2), p. 30, arguing for the non-coincidental appearance of these two numbers in [Par XIX 91-93], the 'cinque volte sette' (five times seven) as the expression for the thirty-five letters that compose the first sentence of the Book of Wisdom.
